Our Story

RAtreat began with a friendship that took years to find its real purpose.

Daciana and Marcela first met in high school. They knew each other, but were never particularly close. Life took them in different directions, until they reconnected fifteen years ago and discovered a friendship that seemed to arrive at exactly the right time.

Over the years, they began to recognize something remarkable: despite living different lives, many of their defining experiences, transitions and reinventions seemed to happen almost in parallel.

But what truly connected them was not their shared past. It was the way they saw the future.

Both have a natural ability to bring extraordinary people together—to see connections others may not immediately see, to create clarity from conversation, and to turn an introduction into an opportunity, a collaboration, or sometimes simply a meaningful friendship.

Again and again, they found themselves creating rooms where the right people somehow met.
